Children and Young People are very important members of our church. The junior church
is made up of two groups according to age. The children from 3 to 9 years form the
“Sunday School” and from age 10 they move up to “God’s Own Pub Club” (Pub Club for
short and so called because they meet in The Mug House-
The aim for both groups is to have lots of fun finding out about God, Jesus, faith and living as a Christian. We use the Bible, prayers, songs, crafts and games to discover more about all these things. We aim to make children welcome in the church so that they will want to be part of God’s family here in Claines and in the lives they choose to live.
Coming up this term..........
1st Sunday each month: Pub Club meet at 10.30am in the Church Institute for our monthly breakfast. No Sunday School.
2nd Sunday each month: All-
3rd, 4th and 5th Sunday each month: Sunday School meet at 10.50am in the Church Institute, Pub Club at 10.50am in the South Porch.
